International orders will be subject to a charge dependant on destination country, however, we have aimed to be as fair as possible with delivery prices and do not profit from the delivery charges. *Please note* whilst this is not a guarantee of service, it is the standard we always aspire to. (Feedback on delivery time is always welcome to help us refine our service even more).

We only ship to a billing address, i.e. the address where your debit/credit card is registered.

Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for damage. If it appears that the products are damaged please contact us on Customer Service  (only if you have purchased extra insurance to cover for this type of damage). We will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs as soon as the warehouse has handled your return and a refund has been made by the Post Office.

Please also note that you should inspect the products within a reasonable time after their receipt as you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you have notified us within 7 days after receipt of the products that they are rejected.

You must include the original packing slip. Be certain to save copies for your records. Shipping and handling costs and other charges are non-refundable. 

In the case of shipping damages, please contact the courier or our Customer Service   department.   

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product subject to our returns terms & conditions. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
